| Mountainview Energy Ltd. is a Montana based company actively engaged in the exploration, production and development of oil and gas properties in Northern Montana. The common shares of Mountainview Energy Ltd. trade on the TSX Venture Exhange under the symbol MVW.
Mountainview was incorporated in May 2000 and aquired the Red Creek Field in 2001. The Red Creek Field consists of 4 ½ sections of land with 28 drilled, cased and completed oil wells. MVW has completed two equity financings and has approximately 9,766,850 shares outstanding.
Mountainview Energy's mission is to identify underutilized properties in proven regions of oil and gas production. To acquire those properties which have both the opportunity for enhanced production and exploration. To acquire a 100% interest in those properties which meet the criteria such as with Mountainview's Red Creek property. Our strategy will allow Mountainview Energy to build an oil and gas company based on solid fundamentals. To accomplish our goals Mountainview will rely on management's proven record of over 50 years of developing oil and gas fields both in private and public companies.
