Joseph V. Montalban has been active in the oil and gas exploration and production industry for over fifty (50) years. Mr. Montalban formed his first oil company in 1948, known as Montalban Oils Ltd., an Alberta company. In 1971, Mr. Montalban founded Mountain States Resources Ltd. and shortly thereafter Monte Grande Exploration Ltd. Mr. Montalban was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of both companies until their merger in 1981 to form MSR Exploration Ltd. ("MSR"). MSR was listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, The Toronto Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and ultimately on the AMEX Stock Exchange. Mr. Montalban was elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the newly formed company and continued in that capacity until his retirement in 1990. In December, 1991, Mr. Montalban was re-elected a director and subsequently re-appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MSR and he held these positions until his resignation in October, 1994 following a change of control of the company. Since then, and until his recent appointment as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company, Mr. Montalban has been primarily occupied with his own private oil and gas interests.

Mr. Young has been a licensed Insurance Broker and Realtor since 1999 and has worked for Prudential Sterling Realty since May 2001 . Previously, he was an Insurance Agent with PennCorp Life Insurance Company of Canada from January 1999 to May 2001 and President of MBI Mining Brokers Inc. from November 1994 to November 1998.

Mr Mikkelsen is the founder and President of Engine Technology Support, Inc. since 1993, which company applies patented emission control technology to industrial fueled lean burn engines. He has also been President of Emissions Plus, Inc. since 1988, which company was founded to apply the PSC system of emission control to industrial gas fueled rich burn engines.
